You probably don’t even like rosè, right? Wait, what’s that you say? You freaking love it and drink it all day? Cool. We made one for you. It’s light, crispy, fresh, delicate, bright, strawberries, watermelon rind, citrus, and easy to crush in the sunshine. You’re going to like this. It’s made mostly from Grenache, but there’s Cinsault, Counoise, Syrah, Carignane, and Mourvedre in there too. We soak the juice on the skins for a hot minute, then wisk it to old French oak barrels for fermentation and aging.
