Ramp up your salad game and master new recipes that are chock full of fresh herbs, local citrus, delicious dressings + sauces, vibrant color and crunch in this workshop with farmer and chef Michelle Aronson, of the Farmbelly Cooking School. In addition to making two delicious salads packed with "superfood" ingredients, the class will begin with a foundational hands-on knife skills lesson.

RECIPE: Roasted Root Vegetable "Budhha Bowl" with Maple Tahini Sauce
Your ticket includes all ingredients, materials, a glass of wine from Muni and farm fresh snacks.
